Certified by EMDRIA, if appropriate, I offer EMDR therapies utilizing the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model theory that described how the brain processes and links memories. Many of the current problems that people come to therapy for are rooted in memories based in experiences. Identifying and reprocessing these memories is a focus of EMDR treatment, thereby activating the brain's processing abilities and aid in the recovery process.
